Salt & Soil is Virginia & Co.’s signature dinner series- a curated quarterly experience that explores the intersection of food, culture, and connection. Each event features a 7-course plated menu, an intentional theme, beautifully styled design, and a mood that lives beyond the plate.
Some dinners are rooted in tradition. Others are bold, playful, or sensual. All are curated with soul, flavor, and purpose
