Rates starting at $500

Each grazing table includes a dedicated Virginia & Co. food stylist who will create a gorgeous spread of locally sourced and imported cheeses, cured meats, antipasto delicacies, breads, dips, fresh seasonal and dried fruits, crackers, nuts and more, paired with our beautiful table props and foliage.

 Our grazing tables include a full set up service at no additional cost.  Arrange for us to come 1-2 hours prior to your event (subject to size) and while you get ready, we’ll create a culinary masterpiece for your function!

All boards, cheese knives, bowls, props, tablecloths etc. are on loan and are to be washed and picked up, up to 4 days after your event. An additional fee will apply if you require an on the day pack down service or next day collection.

We can include cloth covered trestle tables in our prices. Tables must be set up in a cool area away from direct sunlight if your function is outdoors. An air conditioned room is preferable for indoor functions held in Summer.

5 Foot Graze – $750 (Up to 40 guests)

6 Foot Graze – $1000 ( Up to 55 guests)

8 Foot Graze – $1250 (Up to 70 guests)

10 Foot Graze – $1500 (Up to 85 guests)

12 Foot Graze – $1750 (Up to 100 guests)

13 Foot Graze – $2000 (Up to 130 guests)

16 Foot Graze – $2500 (Up to 160 guests)

20 Foot Graze – $3000 (Up to 200 guests)
